The SDXSol Decision Desk provides a focused first examination of one material supply-chain matter.

Bring what is happening, what result is affected, what has already been tried, and what remains unresolved.

SDXSol helps establish what requires attention, what is materially exposed, what management needs to determine or decide, what the available evidence supports, and the appropriate level of response.

You do not need a completed diagnosis or consulting scope.

What is happening
The condition, decision, change, or unresolved concern.

What business result is affected
Cash, cost, availability, service, provider performance, recovery, continuity, readiness, or another material operating or economic outcome.

What has already been tried or established
Relevant actions, analyses, corrective efforts, assumptions, or prior decisions.

What remains unresolved
What management still needs to understand, decide, validate, improve, or protect.

Supporting information may be requested where necessary to examine the matter responsibly.

The initial examination helps establish:

• the matter that actually requires attention; 
• the operating or economic consequence involved; 
• what value, performance, commitment, or continuity may be exposed; 
• what management needs to determine or decide; 
• what the available evidence supports and what remains uncertain; and 
• the appropriate next step and level of response. 

 Where timing matters, SDXSol also considers whether delay, an approaching commitment, or actions already underway are narrowing management's available options. 

The purpose is to determine what the matter requires—not to force it into a predefined service.

A Decision Desk review may result in:

• Management proceeding internally when the matter is sufficiently understood and existing capability is adequate.
• Structured self-directed or guided support when the matter is bounded and management can responsibly work through it without a larger advisory engagement.
•  A focused SDXSol engagement when design, improvement and stabilization, monitoring and adaptation, or independent examination is warranted. 
• Specialist involvement when some or all of the matter requires expertise outside SDXSol's direct role.
• No further external work when additional involvement is not justified.

Where SDXSol work is appropriate, the scope is defined around the matter and only the supply-chain connections necessary to address it.

There is no presumption that the Decision Desk must lead to a larger SDXSol engagement.

 For some matters, the work does not end when a decision is made or corrective action is completed.

Where appropriate, SDXSol may provide bounded follow-up review over an agreed period to determine whether the intended operating and economic result is holding, whether material conditions have changed, and whether further action or adaptation is required.

The result, evidence, review period, and conditions requiring reconsideration are defined as part of the scope.

SDXSol does not replace recurring supply-chain operations or ongoing management responsibility.

SDXSol supports management judgment.

Management retains responsibility for final decisions, execution, risk acceptance, operational ownership, and ongoing performance.
