  • 2LoD (our home): - verify, challenge, escalate, attest. We do not run providers.
  • 3LoD/4LoD: we prepare and liaise (mock checks, evidence rooms, CAPA tracking). Independent bodies issue opinions or certifications.

Tools: We’re tool-agnostic—we use your portals/TMS/WMS/QMS to capture evidence. No rip-and-replace.

 Fix the internal flow with FVA → then hold providers to it with OSPM™.
